Owner and winemaker of Ronco dei Tassi, Fabio Coser, was so pleased with the 2005 vintage that he decided not only to make his award-winning Collio "Fosarin" (that won the Tre Bicchieri 2 years in a row) but he also began to make a series of mono-varietal or single-grape wines. This Friulano (or Tocai Friulano, as it was known before 2007) is a classic expression of both the variety and the Collio appellation.
