Ascevi's Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from a single-vineyard called Ronco dei Sassi or "stoney vineyard." As the name suggests, the soil is pebbly and thus provides ideal drainage for the cultivation of Sauvignon Blanc. As the vines are "stressed" in their search for water, their fruit grows richer. The resulting wines are a world-class expression of the grape variety.
